HOW DOES THE BODY POD HELP? A session in the infrared sauna pod has numerous benefits, from weight loss to pain relief, to stress relief and relaxation. It contains infrared lighting, which provides a dry heat treatment that feels like a dry sauna. The pod also delivers a full-body vibration massage. You can target specific areas of the body to receive massage therapy, as well as adjust its intensity, making it a unique wellness pod experience that is specifically tailored to you. Aromatic and therapeutic essential oils are diffused throughout the pod during your session.
