John is a Certified Personal Trainer & has worked in the fitness industry for over 30 years. He started as a sales rep for Bally Total Fitness and worked his way up to District Manager over his 23 year career there. John then transitioned to Sleep Number Corp. where he was General Manager for over 7 years and took many courses related to sleep disorders and insomnia. John’s passion for helping people achieve their maximum health and wellness is what led him to open Cryo Republic. 

When not at Cryo Republic, you can find John traveling, participating in obstacle course races, training, hiking and walking his Bulldogs Rocky and Layla.

Kat was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas where she helped run her family’s successful small business for many years before transitioning to the nursing field. She has a degree in Cancer information Management and has extensive experience caring for people of all ages from birth to end of life. The knowledge she holds of the body systems, illnesses and functions fuels her passion in aiding people to achieve their optimal health and wellness.
